Update on Games

I am excited to have finished a major update to FlashNotes. This version differs from the old one in two major ways:

  1. it uses the VexFlow notation API to render the musical graphics, and
  2. it has a virtual keyboard for user input.

In Practice Mode, the user can toggle any key signature, any of four different clefs, and single- or double-accidental levels. The game randomly selects between the user's choices for that round. The buttons for choosing these options are right on the screen - no switching between setup and game play required!
The new keyboard version of the game has also been scaled up a little in size to make button pressing easier on the iPad.
If you enjoy the new game, or if you have suggestions (or find bugs...) - please drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you!
